Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

One Percent Daily is a personal productivity tool that uses AI to generate daily tasks from your goals. It is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

• You retain full ownership of all goals, notes, and content you create.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (AI task generation, embeddings, calendar sync).
• You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Upload content that violates third-party rights
• Create accounts for users under 16 years of age

One Percent Daily is a productivity tool. We do not guarantee that using it will help you achieve any specific goal. The app does not provide medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. AI-generated tasks are suggestions only.

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise us to create and manage calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or your Google Account settings. We only access calendar data necessary to add and update your task events.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
